How do I set up my tag?

Install the PhoneTag app, then scan the QR code on your tag from inside the app to link it to your account. That's it. Your phone will ring whenever someone scans it.

My tag isn't ringing my phone

Make sure notifications are enabled for PhoneTag and that you're signed in on the device you want to ring. If service on your account has lapsed, calls won't ring. Check your plan under Settings → Your plan.

How do I manage billing or cancel?

Open the app and go to Settings → Your plan → Manage billing, or visit phonetagapp.com/settings/billing. You can update your card or cancel anytime; your tags keep working through the period you've paid for. Text messages will continue to function for your account.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your phone number is never shared with anyone who scans your tag, and live audio and video calls are end-to-end encrypted between you and the visitor. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I want to order more tags

Additional tags are a flat $19.00 each and share your existing service, with no extra subscription. Order them from the shop or in the app under Your plan.
